Coles, Bushland Beach

This project involved changes to a previous development permit over this site and proposed a 3200 square metre Coles supermarket and 12 specialty tenancies. ADAMS + SPARKES assisted Marquette Properties by preparing, managing the changes required to the previous development approval over the site and negotiating with Townsville City Council to ensure the project could proceed in a timely and unconstrained manner.

Westside Private Hospital, Taringa

Located on 3,000sqm of land, construction of this significant mixed use development provides a seamless integration with Taringa Railway Station. The proposed development will provide space for various medical uses with access to Brisbane’s highest coverage of privately insured patients and rapidly growing western corridor.  The development comprises 12 storeys in total, with 4 basement carparks.  The approved development includes a hospital, health care services, office, food & drink outlet (cafe) , short-term accommodation (motel), shop, child care centre and 6 dwelling units on the top two floors.  It’s elevated positioning on the crest of Taringa, ensures that all floors have a city view.

Capricorn Adventist Retirement Village, Yeppoon

The proposal involved an extension to the existing Capricorn Adventist Retirement Village in Yeppoon. The proposed extension includes 62 detached dwellings, an internal road network, park and street and high quality landscape design. This Impact Assessable development application was made in response to a demand for additional retirement accommodation in Yeppoon and will complement the existing aged care and retirement dwellings on the adjoining property.
